2nd Interview

Woke up early to get started to rush those assignments.
Once cleared, i do not need to borrow anymore~
i recieved two calls for interview~ later and next monday.
So kinda felt rush but no choice as i know tomorrow is a holiday~ well had to pack up.
Location at bedok ~ wow, anyway its better than the West side.

Locating the place and transport to there is done and ready to move out.
After my lunch, i left early and reached there on time at 4 pm sharp.
The office is really small like my living room~ once again they are doing electrical draftings.
i don't know sia~ but he say can teach me, so i guess most likely i be working here.
it appeared that the expectation of work is lower than i thought.
Because no 3D, just purely 2D electrical stuffs, but have to understand those symbols.
Many OT's as he said, sunday and saturday also may need to work.
Well, its great too~ more OT more money, i need to set a target saving ?
i don't demand high on the salary, i just want to take some experiences.
And then i'll see later on for other jobs.
Hmm, that's great to see Bedok library lol~ maybe i grab books from there.
Maybe tampiness library too haha~ kinda new to the East Area (-_- )
Back home, as i felt relax and login GB~ after the update some problems came.
So no GB for today and carry on to finish those assignments i had.
Although it's boring but finish it then say haha~
Well, felt tired and turn in early at 1 am ~ Nights all*

THE CRAZY ENGLISH LANGUAGE
There is no egg in eggplant neither pine nor apple in pineapple and no ham in hamburger,
English muffins weren't invented in England Nor French fries in France.

We take English for granted, but when we explore its paradoxes,
We find that quicksand can work slowly, Boxing rings are square,
Cases where patients are impatient and you can lie while you're standing or sit while you're lying.
Has anyone heard of a heavy light, by the way?

And why is it that a writer writes, a singer sings,
But fingers don't fing and grocers don't groce and hammers don't ham?
If the plural of tooth is teeth, shouldn't the plural of booth be beeth?
One goose, two geese? ...So one moose, two meese?
And why not if the plural of mouse is mice, the plural of house be hice?

I think all English speakers should be commited to an asylum for the verbally insane.
In what other language do people park in a driveway?
Have noses that run and feet that smell?
Be happy but NOT gay, When feeling happy is feeling gay?

How can quite a lot and quite a few be the same?
While a wise man and a wise guy are opposites?
How can one hang up when things hang down?

You have to marvel at the unique lunacy of a language,
In which your house can burn up as it burns down.
In which you fill in a form by filling it out.
Or sit up while you're sitting down.

In conclusion, May I say that the craziness of English is a mere reflection
Of the creativity of the human race which of course isn't really a race at all.

That is why when the stars are out, they are visible,
But when lights are out, they are invisible.
And why when I wind up my watch, I start it.
But when I wind up this article, I end it.
