Project day ??

Today don't have CT but have to submit the 3W.foldable project.
it seems like no class sia~ and every room seems full house even our class.
Strange, today got class or not ? ? because i see not much people for today class.
So the teacher came out and we told him got class at 9 am, they pack up and went for another room.
We at S382, starting to modify and adding missing components to the our 3W foldable.
Adjust all dimension to our body measurements (estimate) with discussion.
i told ZT zhi you fa hui haha~ but when he creates a part...
...he always ask me and i will tell him all the consideration of what i think.

We even had lunch in the room haha~ luckily this teacher is good.
Because she let us do till 5pm....Actually have much more to do but time is limited.
So we will stop here, finalise with inner components and all draftings.

Here we go, ZT's front drawing portion with my back drawing portion.
After some changing in colour too haha~ Aqua is look bright and suitable for it.
Sizing of handle, wheels, seats, tray and total length and width were the previous considerations.

Comparing to the previous one, great changes in the appearances after further considerations...
...the lightings, the supporting wheel shaft with motor and chain or pulley...
... battery + another standby battery, position of motor, stepping support for the front...
...height of the seat to grip the handle, the foldable hinges, interlocking after fold...
...being drag with, thickness of seat shaft support, front wheel turning flexibility...
...light weighted body, strength to support weight on the seat, wiring consideration?...
This are all roughly about during our designing with discussion.


Back to this three drawing, as i shown last time~ trying to get as close as possible hehe =S
Just folding method different, more compact.
Overall, once i look at it~ at least have the look of a scooter haha~
Instead of 5 pm, we do until 10 pm haha~ omg time passed so fast.
Sorry ZT that he missed his dinner, as well as me~
