My old friend

Hmm having a nice breakfast and started playing awhile in GB. Nothing much today as i can see...
i had a GB noon with strangers than logout for Drafting and modify my blog hehe.

Wishing my old primary school friend, Kenny Tay, a Happy birthday.
i remembered last time he liked to bring me to a game shop and that was in 1992-1993.
i was primary 5 to 6 then as we were in the same class.
He often pull me to this game shop and an hour was $2-3 and we usually played 1-2 hours at night.
We always said go library but after that we headed to the AMK game shop at block 701A.
and he booked a tv game set call super nintendo.
i often borrow tintin the comic and animals books LOLx...
He said tintin book are rare to be found, so we always search and snatch hahahaha........
But every week we exchange tintin books, one library card can borrow four books.
i have two cards, so sometimes i used my card to lend book for him.
At game shop, i remembered i told him i don't much $$$ but he said treat me.
Alamak, i could say he always treat me lor - PEngz...
Sometime he really not enough $$$, he asked me to chip out 50 cents or a dollar.
i said i don't have any ~ then his face suddenly went dull.
But still managed to squeeze out $ to play for an hour.
Often game played was road rash (racing bike) and need for speed (racing car)
But sometimes i chip out 50 cents or a dollar as he said this amount will do.
He also like to come my house to play game.
Days are simple yet happy. That time my allowance per day is $1-1.50 nia.
Sorry kenny, always let you treat.. Till secondary then have $2 per day hehehe.
During that time i like to buy sticker album and idol cards.
i can trade with people and sell to earn some $. But overall is over spend.
I roughly calculated i bought about 1500+ cards and 20+ sticker album.
One card is around 20-50 cents, i remembered i cheat the machine by using a ruler LOL.
Having many free cards and prize card, about 40 prize cards.
i decided to exchange with 20 prize cards 1st, as 40 cards are too much.
But the shop owner said, WAH so much? you printed them?
He tio stun and said not enough prize hor.
He digged out all the prize, and no need to choose because all gave me LOL...
Prize are street fighters figure, wall scroll, card holders, idol mini stickers, idol poker card, etc.
.. and sticker albums i had is, let me think...
street fighter, ninja turtle, zhou hui min, arron kwok, sailormoon, mini street fighter,
ninja turtle the movie, power ranger, insect world, Our world, cai hong xia ri ying, soccer, etc...
Often feel good when ever a new sticker sticks on it, but i completed 2 album nia.
Else either almost complete or still far away.
An album is usually about 180-240 stickers to complete.
Last few stickers needed, i always send letter to exchange with the company.
This "cai hong xia ri ying" album, one pack is 70 cents.
And i always choose the one with yellow shadow.
Meaning i saw a two-token yellow coupon in the pack.
Tokens for arcade games. As you know one token is 50 cents.
i remembered i had change for nearly 60 tokens, imagine the amount, wah liew*
i called my friend to help me spend with my tokens hahahaha.
But in the end cannot finish~ till now i still keep it, left about 20 tokens

Thinking back, had alot of funny incidents in primary schools and overspend story.
Now is all useless junk~ waste space haha. Anyway i cannot live longer than this items i had.
Why not sell and buy a better meal for myself? LOL...
Sell how 1st, maybe got value because hard to see card machines nowadays.
So now i seldom buy any of idol stuff.

Spend wisely and more $ on ownself or family bah~ more meaningful.
If not, one day you feel like me, useless items around me that cannot do much.
Lesser items in room, easier to manage =X
But i doesn't mean don't buy anything, sometime have to 宠一宠自己一下, not too many 下.
Sometimes you feel good in somehow when you see your own room is neat and less things.
Messy room make me feel headache LOL, because don't know where to start to clear or clean.
My room has a set of colorful bulbs attached and hidden. And haze should know lolx...
Seem to be very relax when i see this colorful bulbs ON and music ON.
Will be better with red wine and steak LOL?
Eat and drink happily, stay healthy and smile =)
